Rich, fudgy brownies filled with a crunchy graham cracker base and topped with gooey marshmallow fluff. These are rich, indulgent and utterly delicious.
1. Melt butter and chocolate together.
2. In a separate bowl, whip eggs and sugar until pale and thickened.
3. Fold in melted chocolate mixture and the flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Pour batter over a graham cracker biscuit base.
5. Once baked, top with marshmallow fluff and torch.
