These easy-to-make peach popsicles are full of vibrant peach puree. They are perfect for a Summer treat, snack or dessert using the very best of the season's stone fruit.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
1. Add peach slices, lemon zest, corn flour and salt to a blender.
2. Blend fruit until pureed.
3. Pour puree into bowl with yogurt and honey.
4. Mix together until fully combined.
5. Lay remaining sliced peaches in your popsicle mold.
6. Divide ice cream into your favourite popsicle molds. Insert wooden stick, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until hard.
De-mold by running the popsicle holder under water and enjoy straight away!
