Tender light muffins filled with banana, chocolate chips and oats for maximum flavour.
1. Cream butter and sugar together until light and airy.
2. Add mashed banana, egg, yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
3. Add in oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate. Fold through until just combined.
4. Make sure a few flour streaks remain so that you don't over mix.
5.Add muffin batter to cupcake cases and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
