- plain AP flour - salt - unsalted butter - large eggs - ice cold water
Add cold, cubed butter to sifted flour
Whisk eggs in a separate bowl, then add to flour mix
Mix in egg into flour mix until a shaggy dough forms
Turn out dough onto surface and bring together with your hands
After refrigeration for 30 minutes, roll out to 3mm thickness
