INGREDIENTS NEEDED
1. Add mango, raspberries, lemon juice and zest, sugar and cornflour in mixing bowl
2. Toss ingredients until combined.
3. Add butter, shredded coconut,, flour, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl.
4. Rub butter into crumble mixture until resembles breadcrumbs and clumps together. Add coconut flakes and mix in.
5. Sprinkle crumble mixture over mango filling.
6.Bake until bubbling and golden!
Serve and enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, dollop of thickened cream or drizzle of warm custard.
