A simple loaf cake filled with juicy raspberries and pops of melted white chocolate. An easy to make, one bowl recipe that's sure to please a crowd.

White Frame Corner

1. Add sugar and eggs and whisk for a minute until pale and fluffy.

2. Add yogurt, oil and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until combined.

3. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt. Fold through until a few flour streaks remain.

4.Add in raspberries tossed in flour and chocolate and mix in.

5.Pour into baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180C/35F for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick entered into the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan.

6.Decorate with melted white chocolate and fresh raspberries.

Serve with alongside a cup of your favourite tea.
