This home made no-churn Coffee Oreo Ice Cream is rich, creamy and so easy to make. With a punchy coffee flavour and loaded with crushed Oreos, it's incredible!
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED
1. Mix espresso powder or instant coffee granules with boiling water.
2. Add condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt and mix together.
3. Add cream and whip until soft peaks form.
4.Add in crushed Oreos and stir through.
5. Pour ice cream mixture into pan and top with more Oreos. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.
6. Scoop and enjoy
