Oreo cookie crust filled with a smooth chocolate cream cheese filling and topped in a luscious chocolate ganache.
PERFECT FOR VALENTINE’S DAY
2. Add Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until fine bread crumb consistency
3. Add in melted butter and pulse until wet sand texture
4. Press cookies into the base and sides of the prepare pan until well compacted. Refrigerate whilst making the filling.
5. Melt chocolate until smooth
6. Whip cream until firm peaks
7. Beat cream cheese until smooth
8. Add in cocoa powder, icing sugar, salt and melted butter into cream cheese and beat until combined.
9. Add whipped cream and fold through until fully combined.
10. Pour into prepared pan and smooth with and offset spatular. Refrigerate to set fully, for six hours minimum.
11. Pour chocolate ganache over the top and then decorate with berries.
