INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED Butter Sugar Egg Whites Flour Salt
STEP 1 Cream together butter and icing sugar until pale.
STEP 2 Add in egg whites one at a time, beating well after each addition.
STEP 3 Sift in flour and salt and fold through with a rubber spatula
STEP 4 Add cookie batter to a disposable piping bag and snip a 1.5cm hole.
STEP 5 Pipe batter in long, straight sections leaving space for the cookies to spread. Bake at 180C (350F) for 15 minutes until golden
