Through a simple process of heating the butter, turn it into browned butter that is packed full of flavour, nutty and browned. It's a magical ingredient when added to your sweet and savoury recipes.
1. Add butter into a pan set on medium to low heat. Gently melt the butter.
2. Once melted, bring the butter to a gently bubble.
3. Foam will appear on the top and the milk solids will start to turn golden on the bottom.
4. Pour browned butter into a jar, scraping in all the brown bits.
