One of the simplest most delicious creams to make. Perfect to make tarts with and can be flavoured in so many ways.
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED
1. Whip butter and sugar together until pale and creamy
2. Add in the eggs one at a time and mix in.
3. Add in ground almonds, flour and salt and beat until mixed. That's it!
4. You can also make your ground nuts in the food processor
5. Fill your tart base and bake. Any fruit added in works super well. Just like in my Pear Frangipane Tart here.
