Buttery brioche bread infused with earl grey tea makes for an elevated breakfast. Serve with cream, jam and berries. A perfect treat for Mother's Day
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED
1. Heat milk until just simmering and add tea bags. Remove from heat and Infuse for 15 minutes. Squeeze out tea bags and discard.
2.Pour infused milk into a bowl of eggs and vanilla extract and whisk together.
3. Lay4 slices of the brioche in a baking pan and pour half of the milk mixture over the bread. Soak bread for two minutes each side.
4. Fry the soaked bread until golden, flip then fry the same way on the other side.
5. Pile up on a plate and serve with your favourite condiments like maple syrup. Go the extra mile and serve with blackberry jam and cream.
