A simple yet delicious fresh blueberry and apple filling topped with a crunchy oat nut crumble. This homemade delight is a family favourite and crowd pleaser all rolled into one.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
1. Add blueberries, apples, lemon juice and zest, sugar and cornflour in mixing bowl
2. Toss ingredients until combined.
3. Add butter, oats,, flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt into a mixing bowl.
4. Rub butter into crumble mixture until resembles breadcrumbs and clumps together. Add nuts and mix in.
5. Sprinkle crumble mixture over mango filling.
6.Bake until bubbling and golden!
Serve and enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, dollop of thickened cream or drizzle of warm custard.
