These easy-to-make chocolate popsicles are made with a simple chocolate pudding mix which when frozen makes them taste so chocolatey, creamy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
1. Add sugar, cocoa powder, and salt to sauce pan and mix to remove any lumps.
2. Whisk in cream and milk and chocolate chips.
3. On medium heat on stove top, whisk mixture continuously and heat until simmering on the edges and the mixture has thickened.
4. Set mixture aside to cool, then pour into popsicle molds.
5. Add sticks and freeze for 6 hours or until hard.
De-mold by running the popsicle holder under water and enjoy straight away!
